Oberstar Portrait Unveiled

An official portrait of Minnesota Congressman Jim Oberstar was officially unveiled and presented to the House of Representatives Wednesday night. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi accepted the portrait on behalf of the House. Minneapolis artist Leslie Bowman painted the portrait. Bowman has also painted a portrait of Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Rosalie Wahl.
