Petters' Trial to stay in Minnesota

(AP) Wayzata Businessman Tom Petters' bid to move his trial out of Minnesota has been denied by a Judge. Petters is accused of running a $3.5 billion Ponzi Scheme. His attorneys argued that media coverage would make it impossible for Petters to get a fair trial in Minnesota.
