Program for Locating Vulnerable Persons

(AP) A program designed to quickly locate vulnerable adults or children is one that the St. Paul Police are joining. "Lifesaver" uses tracking technology to help police respond quickly to missing-person's reports on people with Alzheimer's, autism, or other cognitive issues.
