Brainerd Dims Lights to Save Money

(AP) The city of Brainerd is continuing to look for ways to trim the budget. The council has approved a plan that would shut off 27 streetlights. Final action is expected on November 2nd. Main thoroughfares and areas around schools and churches will continue to be lit.
