Toys for Kids Program is in Full Swing!

The Heartland Detachment of the Marine Corps League is in the middle of their Toys for Kids Program, with toy drop-off's running through next Friday, the 12th. Organizer and former Marine Infantry Officer, Jim Schubert, told K-Lakes' News that there are a number drop points throughout southern Crow Wing County, including Garrison, Crosby, Ironton, Baxter and Brainerd. Additionally, there will be a fund-raising event--"The Green Lantern Family Christmas Party"--happening this Saturday, the 6th.
