CLC Shows Strong Enrollment Gains

These are bustling days at Central Lakes College in Brainerd. The community college is showing the 12th highest enrollment increase among similar institutions across the country. Jeff Wig, Dean of Enrollment, tells KLKS, the college is counter cyclical to the economy. When the economy goes down, people look at retraining opportunities. Wig says all fields of study have increased at the college, but the medical areas have been particularly strong.
