Sullivan Convicted of Criminal Sexual Conduct
A 58-year-old Watertown, Minnesota man has been convicted of 4th Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in Cass County Court. Thomas Patrick Sullivan was convicted of an offense involving a physically helpless person at his Backus area cabin in July. He will be sentenced February 17th in Walker.
