Another Winter Storm Heads for Brainerd

The winter storm heading toward the Brainerd will be a significant, but not an extreme, winter storm, according to KLKS Meteorologist Tony Schumacher. He expects five to six inches of snow Saturday. It is expected to be dry enough to create blowing and drifting conditions on Sunday.
Schumacher expect the winds to whip the snow Sunday. That, combined with falling temperatures, is expected to create difficult driving conditions for the weekend.
