Excelsior Road in Baxter Closed Monday and Tuesday
Motorists traveling north of the West Gate Mall will experience another traveling inconvience Monday and Tuesday, July 21st and 22nd. Excelsior Road from Cypress Drive to Conservation Drive will be closed from 7 am to 7 pm both days. Work will continue on the Paul Bunyan Trail Bridge.
