Missing SCSU Prof Spoke Of Suicide

The St.Cloud State professor missing in a Utah national park talked about suicide in a letter to relatives, according the Sartell Police Chief Jim Hughes. Biology professor Jerry Wolff hasn't been seen in more than a week. He was supposed to end a hike through the Needles district of Canyonlands National Park last Friday. Hughes said part of the letter said he was going to a remote wilderness to return his body and soul to nature. Park Ranger Denny Ziemann said Wolff has disappeared into the world's best hiding place. Ziemann said he's in an area where if you don't want to be found, you won't be.
