Search Warrants Executed At Risky Business

Brainerd Police Chief, Cork McQuiston reminds us that the sale of synthetic drugs is illegal in Minnesota.  New legislation effective on July 1 of this year, made the possession and sale of these drugs illegal. 

A recent raid at Risky Business, located at 326 Washington Street in Brainerd uncovered over 12-thousand dollars worth of the substances and the matter has been turned over to the Crow Wing County Attorney for review. 

At the same time this warrant was being executed the business was also being investigated for non-payment of state sales taxes. That investigation was conducted by agents of the Department of Revenue.
