Nominations Needed for Award in Philanthropy

The Brainerd Lakes Area Community Foundation is seeking nominations for its seventh annual Award in Philanthropy.

Director Mike Burton tells KLKS News, the award recognizes the work of an individual, couple or family that has significantly added to philanthropy in the region.

The recipient in 2010 was the Cote Family.
Deadline to submit a nomination is Friday. Forms are available online at
