Special Youth Turkey Hunt

The Minnesota DNR is encouraging young people to get involved with turkey hunting.  Youth Mentoring Coordinator Mike Kurre says there is a special hunt coming up in mid April.  He tells KLKS News, there are plenty of gobblers to go around.

Kurre says the youth mentored hunt is for kids 12 to 17 years of age.  Permits can be acquired through February 14th.
