Scharenbroichs, Resorters of the Year

An Ideal Township couple has been named "Resorter of the Year" by the Congress of Minnesota Resorts.

Lynn and Bob Scharenbroich run Black Pine Beach Resort on the shores of the Whitefish Chain.  Lynn tells KLKS news, they were among three finalists of the 500 members association.  She says the award is weighted more to the operation of the resort rather than the property.

The Scharenbroichs have been running Black Pine Beach Resort for more than 30 years.
