More Explaining for Hecker
(AP) Fallen auto mogul Denny Hecker has more explaining to do before a judge. Federal Bankruptcy Judge Rober Kressel is ordering Hecker to document how he maintains a lavish lifestyle while declaring himself broke.
Receiver Randall Seaver asked for court permission to access documentation of how Hecker pays for a Cadillac Escalade, dining at expensive restaurants and maintaining three country club memberships.
Hecker's attorney says releasing the information could be used against him in a criminal case tied to the collapse of his auto empire.
Hecker once owned owned two dealerships in Brainerd and a lake home on the Whitefish Chain.

Why is it that nothing that one hears about this slimball anymore is not hard to believe?? The sooner this is all over and out of the news the better--oh and he off to jail for a good long time
