Hecker Repays 401(K)

(AP) An attorney for former auto Mogul Denny Hecker says his client came up with money to repay the 401(K)he liquidated without his ex-wife's permission. Last month, a judge told Hecker he had a month to repay the money or go to county jail for contempt of court. Hecker said he needed the money to defend against several lawsuits.
