Car Seat Clinic at Mills GM

Parents have another chance to learn if their are using child car seats correctly. State Patrol Sergent Curt Mowers says a clinic will be held in the service department at Mills GM, Tuesday from 4 to 7 p.m. He says 80 to 90 percent of the parents are not using the seats correctly. Changes in the law encourage parents to get it right.
