Brainerd and St. Cloud School Districts Face Penalties

(AP) A State penalty of $25 per student is being assessed against some larger Minnesota School Districts because they failed to reach an agreement on teacher contracts before midnight last night. Brainerd, St. Cloud, Minneapolis, and Edina were among the districts that had not settled their teacher contracts by last evening.
