An Informational Meeting On the Latest Scams

Crow Wing Triad will present an update on the latest scams in the area today. An informational meeting will be held at 1 p.m. at the Heartwood Senior Living Community in Crosby. Captain Neil Gaalswyk of the Crow Wing County Sheriff's department tells KLKS News, con men are using fears in the financial sector to steal money. He says once confidence has been gained, the con men will try to steal personal banking information.
