Fire Claims Three Year Old Long Prairie Boy

A house fire near Long Prairie has claimed the life of a three year old boy. Lucas James Ewertsen died inside a two story farmhouse, east of Long Prairie, Sunday morning. Fire Chief Jim Kreemer, says they were on the scene nine hours putting out the blaze. An investigation is being conducted by State Fire Marshal's Office and the Todd County Sheriff's Office.
