Representative Larry Howes Says Minnesota will Survive this Slump

The Governor's "State of the State" address is coming up this Thursday, and one of the items Governor Pawlenty is sure to mention is the budget deficit. 4B State Representative, Larry Howes, tells K-Lakes that the State has seen tough times before, and has seen its way through. He's sure that the State can do it again, although it won't be easy, and it won't be pretty. Howes said, "2-3 years from now we'll look back and say, 'We did solve it. That wasn't quite that bad.'"
