Protecting Seniors from Fraud

The Crow Wing County Sheriff is holding a seminar protecting seniors from scams, next month. Chief Deputy Debi Backdahl says the event comes up on February 4th at the new Hartwood Senior facility in Crosby. She tells KLKS News, when it's too difficult to tells what is legitimate, and what is fraud, call your local law enforcement agency. Backdahl says the sheriff has partnered with the community at large, and senior community to form Triad.
