Excelsior Road Detour

Excelsior Road from Cypress Drive to Conservation Drive, in Baxter, will be closed from 7:00am - 7:00pm on Wednesday, August 20 and Thursday, August 21 for construction of the Paul Bunyan Trail Bridge. Truckers are advised, that during construction, the overhead clearance of the bridge is reduced to 14-feet.
