Feds Ask for the Max for Denny

(AP)  Prosecutors want the judge to throw the book at Denny Hecker.  They are recommending the fallen auto Mogul get the maximum 10 year sentence in his bankruptcy fraud case.

The feds say Hecker committed crimes over and over, year after year as he duped Chrysler Financial out of more than $13 million.  They further allege, after he sought bankruptcy protection, he continued to cheat the system to continue his "High flying lifestyle."

The defense will offer its suggestion on an appropriate sentence later.

Hecker at one time was the biggest auto dealer in Minnesota, including two stores in Baxter.
