High Voter Turn-Out in C.W. Co.

Voter turn-out in Crow Wing County is expected to be nearly 70% today, according to county Auditor Debra Erickson.  State-wide, about 60% of the eligible voters are expected to cast a ballot.

Erickson tells KLKS news, there is plenty to catch voter interest.  She says contested races for Governor, Congress and local office should bring voters to the ballot box.

The polling places will close at 8 p.m.  Erickson expects local races should be decided by 1 a.m.
