Stepped-Up Patrols Planned in 13 Counties

(AP) Extra patrols are being planned by authorities in 13 counties that had more than half of Minnesota's alcohol-related deaths and serious injuries over the last three years. According to the Department of Public Safety, enhanced patrols in the deadliest counties have resulted in more thatn 13,000 DWI arrests in the last five years.
