October Begins Rainy and Cool

Looks like October is going to start out just the opposite of September. K-Lakes Meteorologist Tony Schumacher says the first two weeks of the month look to be cloudy, unsettled and cool, with frequent storms moving through the middle of the country. He does look for something a little more comfortable for the second half of the month, with a stretches of sunshine and quieter weather.
