About 1/4 of the State's Federal Stimulus Dollars Spent

(AP) More than $1 billion of Minnesota's Federal Stimulus money has been spent--that's according to Tom Hanson, Management and Budget Commissioner. That's almost a quarter of the money that the State is getting. Thus far, the largest amounts have gone to transportation projects, and Medicaid Health Care Services.
