Minnesota is a Blaze Orange State

Nearly 475-thousand Minnesota hunters are expected to take the woods and fields this season pursuing white tail deer. C.B. Bylander, Fisheries and Wildlife Outreach Chief says that's one in ten Minnesotans. He tells KLKS News, with all the rain likely, the forest floor is bound to be quiet. He is also asking hunters to be respectful of roads and trails and not leave ruts on state or private land. Bylander says most accidents happen getting into and out of deer stands. He's also asking hunters to be careful at dawn and dusk and while loading and unloading their rifles near vehicles.
