Hubbard Co. Pastor in Jail

(AP)  A former pastor of a small church in Lake George in Hubbard County has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor girl. 

70-year-old Reverend Darwin Frederick Shauer is in jail on $750 thousand bond.  He faces 15 counts.

Police say the girl said he had sex with her twice a week from the spring of 2009 until last month.  She told investigators she was afraid to say anything fearing he might harm her.

Shauer was pastor at Trinity Lutheran Church of Lake George from 1998 until about 2006.
