Cravaack Subcommittee Appointments

Eighth District Congressman Chip Cravaack was appointed to three Congressional subcommittees with oversight of national transportation and infrastructure issues, and was named Vice Chairman of the Aviation Subcommittee.

U.S. House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee Chairman John L. Mica also appointed Cravaack to the Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation, and the Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment.

The freshman says we must do more with less and eliminate wasteful spending when it comes to rebuilding our nation’s infrastructure and putting people back to work.
