Oberstar Faces Tougher Election

(AP)  Eighth District Congressman Jim Oberstar appears to be facing a tougher opponent than he has seen in recent years. 

Republican Chip Cravaack is reaching out to blue-collar Democrats and Independents in the heavily Democratic district.  Cravaack has hustled-up more money than many of Oberstar's previous opponents.

Oberstar is still considered the favorite.
