St. Joe's to Lose $ From Pawlenty Veto

State Representative John Ward of Brainerd says he is very disappointed the legislature did not override the Governor's veto of a bill which would have restored insurance to poor Minnesotans. He tells KLKS News result could be a further loss of jobs in the Brainerd area. He says St. Joseph's Medical Center will lose $800 thousand in revenue.

Brainerd has the highest unemployment rate among Minnesota cities over 10 thousand population. Ward says every job is important now.
