Mille Lacs Man Violates Wife's Privacy

(AP) The conviction of a Mille Lacs County man has been upheld by the State Court of Appeals.

Richard Perez was convicted of violating his wife's privacy by video taping her while in she was in the bathroom. The Court ruled she had a reasonable expectation of privacy.

The couple was in the process of a divorce.
