(AP) If you have an idea on how to reduce the increase in obesity rates among Americans, you can submit your idea on line at http://www.mnideaopen.org/ Anyone can submit ideas between now and April 9th. After that, a group of judges will narrow the ideas down to a few finalists, then Minnesotans will be asked to vote for the best idea beginning with a kick-off event at the May 6th Twins game.
