Excelsior Closed in Baxter Next Week

Excelsior Road from Cypress to Conservation Drive will be closed Monday and Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for final construction work on the Paul Bunyan Trail Bridge. The finishing touches involve warranty work.
