St. Charles Residents Prepare to Return Home

(AP) Residents of the southeastern town of St. Charles may be able to return to their homes around noon today--according to officials. The town was evacuated yesterday due to a fire that had broken out at a meat processing plant--amongst fears that ammonia tanks at the plant could explode. About 70 firefighters remained on the scene through the night.
