Downloading Case Delayed

(AP) A Brainerd woman will have to wait a little longer to learn if she'll have to shell out big bucks to the record labels. Jammie Thomas had been ordered to pay the big guys $220 thousand for illegally downloading music. However, the judge in the case says he erred in his jury instructions. The case had been delayed once by the defense. This time the record companies say they need more time. The court contest will be held in Duluth, June 15th.
