Crow Wing County Inmate Found Dead

Crow Wing County jailers discovered an inmate unresponsive in his cell about 2:20 a.m. Monday. He was taken to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd where he was pronounced dead. He has been identified as 42-year-old Kyle Jason Peterson of New Prague.
The incident is under investigation pending an autopsy.
