ATV Accident Kills Motley Man

The collision of two ATV's southwest of Pine River Saturday evening took the life of a Motley man. 59-year-old Charles H. Brown was killed when his machine struck another driven by 56-year-old Steven J. Tholl, also of Motley. Tholl sustained injuries. The Cass County Sheriff's office says the mishap occurred on Cass County Road 28 about 6 pm Saturday. Cause of the accident is under investigation.
