Oberstar Pushes for More Funding for Failing Bridges

Minnesota Congressman Jim Oberstar is pushing the National Highway Bridge Reconstruction and Inspection act to invest in maintenance and reconstruction of infrastructure. He says $65-Billion could be spent on bringing roads and bridges up to standard.
Oberstar says too many bridges are stretched to their design limit.
