Feds Say Rodriguez Got a Fair Trial

They say any mistakes in his trial were minor and harmless. Rodriguez was convicted of Killing 22-year-old Dru Sjodin of Pequot Lakes, a University of North Dakota student. Defense Attorney Richard Ney says he hasn't seen the document and has no comment.
