Minnesota's Air Quality Meets Standards

According to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the entire state of Minnesota meets the new, health-based outdoor air-quality standard for soot (fine particles). The news was announced on Tuesday in letters to governors of all states in Region 5, which includes Minnesota.
