Kyle Alden is Charged with Murder

A man with ties to Pequot Lakes has been charged with murder in the death of his friend's wife in North Carolina. Holley Wimunc was an army nurse at Fort Bragg. Her body was found in a brush fire near Camp Lejune where her husband John Wimunc was stationed. 22-year-old Kyle Alden lived in Pequot Lakes before he enlisted in the marines in 2006. Alden is accused of arson in the case, and accessory to the murder.
