Another Delay on Excelsior Road in Baxter

Excelsior Road in Baxter will be closed on Monday, July 28 and again on Wednesday, July 30 for construction of the Paul Bunyan Trail Bridge. A reminder to observe posted speed limits when the road is open, and truckers should be advised that during construction, clearance at the bridge is 14-feet.
