FORMER JANITOR CHARGED WITH ELECTRONIC PEEPING

31-year old Steven J. Sopko of Dilworth was charged Monday for allegedly aiming a hidden camera at a women's shower on the Concordia College campus in Moorhead. Sopko was charged with seven counts of gross misdemeanor interference with privacy. Female athletes found the video camera late last month. College officials fired Sopko last Friday. He could spend 7 years in jail and pay a $21,000 fine for the infraction.
