Police say 79-year-old Richard Ernest Paquin was last seen leaving Essentia Health-St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd around 2:20 p.m. He is described as a white male, 5-11, 210 pounds with short silver-gray hair. He was wearing cargo style pants, brown boots, gray stocking cap and a gray hooded sweatshirt.
Paquin suffers from a medical condition that requires medication.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call Brainerd Police at 829-2805.
