A Brainerd man died in a two vehicle accident by the East Brainerd Mall last evening. The Minnesota State Patrol identfied him as 56-year-old Larry E. McCulley. His Chevy Tahoe rear-ended a an International 4000 driven by 59-year-old Frank A Terry of Breezy Point just before 6 p.m.
Terry was turning north on a green light on to Highway 25 when he was struck. The Patrol says the McCully vechile was traveling at a high rate of speed, and came to rest in the Mall parking lot after the collision.
