(AP) Representative Al Juhnke and Senator Dan Sparks have unveiled a Racetrack/Slot Machine bill they say could raise cash for everything from a new Vikings Stadium to Early Childhood Education Classes. The two lawmakers say that the bill would bring in an estimated $125 million per year.
