According to Todd Dahl, Crow Wing County Sheriff, a Level 3 Predatory Offender is scheduled to be released into Crow Wing County. Christopher Wheeler, age 36, is slated for release on Thursday, December 31st, to a residence located in rural Roosevelt Township. There is a community notification meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 30th at 6:30 pm at the Roosevelt Town Hall, located on County Road 2 in Brainerd. The public is invited to attend.
